Payment & Refund Policy
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Due to the energetic and time-based nature of our work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session, program, or course has been purchased or begun.
If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, you must do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or book any coaching sessions. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
